• Rental Potential: Locations with strong rental/leasing demand (or existing tenants)

• Building: Good construction/structural fundamentals

• Locations: Selected submarkets across the United States near job centers, airports, universities

• Size: Transaction sizes ranging from 0 through $10,000,000
