Matt Huff, Senior Director

Matthew Huff is a Senior Director of Anka Funds. Mr. Huff brings life long construction and construction management experience to the Anka team, including working on Anka Senior Living projects in underserved rural areas. Mr. Huff is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina. He has spent his entire life working in businesses related to construction and development in both the residential and commercial fields. Mr. Huff joined Noah Construction, a firm specializing in constructing churches and religious structures, at its inception, performing project management, estimating, and purchasing functions. Mr. Huff helped to shape the systems of Noah and created the estimating department to reduce costs and increase margins. Prior to joining Noah, Matt worked in the residential construction field with McCarr homes, guiding the divisional purchasing department from fewer than 20 starts per year, to over 150 starts in just one year. Prior to McCarr, Matt managed the estimating and CAD departments, as well as guided purchasing efforts for the Mid Atlantic Region of Centex Homes, where he was integral in systems development that allowed for departmental output to double without increasing overhead. Matt received his bachelors from North Carolina State University, where he is currently pursuing his MBA.
