A.J. Kramer, Associate

A.J. Kramer is an Associate of the Anka Funds. Prior to joining Anka Funds, Mr. Kramer was a senior portfolio analyst at Square 1 Bank, a venture capital lending bank, where he was responsible for underwriting and management of a $148 million portfolio. In this position he worked closely with venture capital backed early and expansion stage software and life science businesses, understanding and assessing their business models, technology, and funding requirements. Prior to Square 1 Bank, Mr. Kramer was a partner for a start-up firm in Cincinnati, OH, where he was responsible for marketing and branding strategies, logistics, and business development. Mr. Kramer graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in 2004 and will receive his MBA from Jenkins Graduate School of Management at North Carolina State University.
